NASA: “The Spirit of Apollo”


It’s tempting to think of NASA’s full-length debut as a hip-hop album in the spirit of the space age—and not just because it references the Apollo program in its title. There are also, of course, the endlessly positive vibes, and enough lyrics about peace and community for an entire commune of hippies to get high off of for at least a week. And then there’s the guest list, which might actually run longer than the entire Woodstock roster.
